THE concept
MIRA is a hybrid “concept pub” (bar/restaurant/boutique) created to bring people together through a combination of beer, music and graphic art.
The Chimera’s lair is a poetic and offbeat concept with a strong personality, and is completely different from any other pub, concert venue or art gallery.
The interior and exterior layouts have been designed to unite all of these different experiences, creating warm and friendly surroundings with styles and atmospheres as varied as our recipes.

PREMISES
A building ideally with a surface area of 750 m² with a seating capacity of 150 people + an outside area of 200 m².
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
We’re looking for dynamic entrepreneurs who relish challenges that are “outside the box”. You have proven management skills and team leading experience, preferably within the framework of a franchise.

• Contract term: 7 years.
• Average annual turnover: 2,500,000 €.
• Equity capital contribution: 300,000 €.
• Initial fee: 50,000 €, including 3 weeks training and start-up support.
• Annual royalties: 5% of annual pre-tax turnover for the franchise + 1.5% of annual pre-tax turnover for advertising.
• Overall annual investment: 1.3 M€.
• Average basket: 25 €.
• Average annual turnover: 2,500,000 €.

SUPPORT
We’ll give you the keys that will enable you to reproduce the MIRA concept and to enjoy the same success as our pilot venue in La Teste de Buch, France. This process starts with 3 weeks of thorough on-site training.
After that, we will be available to provide just the right amount of support and expertise you need, be it on a human or technical level!
