- A delicately spicy amber beer, balanced by its caramel and cooked fruit notes.
- A delicate balance between the spiciness of the coriander and the subtle sweet flavours giving a mellowness to the taste.
- Pork and offal, and particularly foie gras. Also perfect with caramel desserts.
