American Style
lively and fruity
This American style lager has a character inspired mainly by the snake: with its citrus notes, it has a fresher, more earthy flavour. Behind this stolid appearance however, you’ll find softer, flowery and fruity hints. It’s a truly peaceful nectar.

- This amber beer is the modern version of an IPA. An beer with a developed aromatic profile, combining citrus and stone fruits, particularly apricots.
- Brewed using late hopping techniques, allowing the full flavour of the hops while limiting bitterness.
- A light and pleasant astringency
- Ideally served with fresh and tangy starters such as a ceviche of fish with lemon and pepper sauce, or with a fruit salad with a touch of basil or mint for example.

Pumped directly from a bore hole on site, the spring water contains 0 pesticides and 0 nitrates. It’s been 100% pure for the past 22 500 years!

Tasting recommendations
Shy beers beware! These delicious beers need to be served at the correct temperature in order to reveal the fullness of their flavours. Each beer has its own preferences: the American Style IPA requires a serving temperature of 6°C, while 8°C is ideal for the Old English IPA. Each beer is best served in its own tasting environment: the first should be sipped like a classy cocktail, while the second should be appreciated like a fine old whiskey.
Feeling peckish? Don’t worry, it’s easy to match these beers with your favourite foods.
Beginners should stick with simplicity, picking dishes that match the beers themselves. For example, which not pair up the citrus hints of the American Style IPA with fresh starters or fruit salads (add a dash of mint or basil!). For the Old English, make the most of its leafy aromas by matching it with simmered and spicy dishes. Better still, go the whole hog with the Indian theme by cooking up a lamb curry, pork vindaloo, chicken tikka masala or a lentil dhal!
For more experienced gastronomes, why not create some complementary double-acts? We’re prepared to bet that a ceviche of fish served with lemon would be the perfect partner for the freshness of the American Style IPA.

Old English Style
This Old English captures the fervour of the eagles inside the bottle: a perfect balance between the amber, hoppy flavours of an English IPA from the 18th century, and the leafy, resinous and woody tones of the wild. A hot-blooded beer!
